Carrier Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of carrier relationships, the full-time Carrier Operations Analyst will manage day-to-day operations, lead mid-sized projects, and drive process improvements in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of carrier relationships as the primary operational contact
• Lead and deliver mid-sized projects independently while supporting larger initiatives
• Analyze data and drive resolution on complex issues, partnering with internal teams and vendors

Required qualifications

• Experience managing mid-to-large scale projects
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working with CRM systems and data analysis/querying
• Understanding of operational workflows and process dependencies
• 2+ years in an analyst or similar role, preferably in a regulated environment
