Carrier Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Carrier Operations Lead to oversee the operational performance of its carrier ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operational lifecycle of Rating Variance Programs, ensuring timely root cause analysis and financial recovery
• Act as the primary operational partner for Product and Engineering, translating technical issues into actionable business cases
• Manage the "Pre-launch Onboarding" process for carrier contracts, ensuring accurate configuration to prevent financial leakage

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical operations or logistics, focusing on carrier management or billing systems
• Proficiency with SQL and analytic platforms, with experience in monitoring dashboards and auditing data flows
• Deep understanding of parcel industry rating logic, including zones and weight tiers
• Exceptional ability to communicate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working directly with USPS, FedEx, and/or UPS is preferred
