Carrier Payables Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Carrier Payables Accountant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile carrier payables accurately and within established timelines
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with carriers and internal stakeholders
• Assist with month-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles
• Experience within the insurance industry (preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
