Carrier Relations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Carrier Relations Analyst to manage relationships with third-party partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates, terms, conditions, and service level agreements with third-party partners
• Support sales teams with RFPs, quotes, and special projects while maintaining updated building lists and rate cards
• Track performance and quality of quotes and installations, resolving issues and fostering strong partner relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecom carrier relations, pricing, or procurement
• Strong knowledge of telecom products and services, such as Ethernet and Dark Fiber
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic are essential
