Job Summary

A company is looking for a Carrier Relations Associate to manage day-to-day operations with national and local carriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the day-to-day exchange of updates and escalations
• Own the onboarding process for new carriers and maintain relationships with existing carriers
• Develop and manage enrollment forecasts and carrier-specific dashboards

• Demonstrated success in leading inter-company projects
• Previous experience in a sales and service role
