Carrier Reporting Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Operations Analysts, the full-time Carrier Reporting Manager will oversee the accurate and timely delivery of carrier and facility-level reporting, drive process modernization, and ensure data quality in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the collection, review, and delivery of carrier and facility-level reporting, including monthly bordereaux and quarterly transaction reporting
• Oversee reconciliation activities between carrier-reported data and source systems, identifying discrepancies and driving resolution
• Drive the transition from manual to automated reporting workflows and support Power BI dashboard development for external capital partners

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in insurance operations, reinsurance reporting, or a related financial operations environment
• Deep expertise in bordereau management, treaty reporting, and carrier accounting processes
• Hands-on experience with data reconciliation and BI tooling, particularly Databricks and Power BI
• Experience leading or mentoring a team, with strong project management skills
• Familiarity with insurance operating systems such as AIM, EPIC, or Omega is preferred
