Job Summary

A company is looking for a Carrier Retention Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Uncover and resolve customer pain points to prevent service cancellations
• Monitor and facilitate the disconnection process for commercial accounts
• Identify and assist customers with Business Solutions opportunities and account maintenance

Required Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required; College degree strongly preferred
• Office experience preferred
• Salesforce Sales Cloud experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sales and customer service orientation
