Job Summary

Developing strategic business partnerships, the full-time remote Carrier Sales Representative will manage load boards, curate capacity solutions, and negotiate rates with carriers while providing exceptional service to both contracted carriers and internal customers.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop capacity solutions to effectively support customers
  • Manage load boards to match freight with carrier capacity
  • Maintain and grow relationships with carrier accounts through account reviews and collaboration opportunities
Required qualifications:
  • College or University degree
  • 3-4 years of previous experience in Brokerage/carrier sales is an asset
  • Strong understanding of North American geography
  • Proficiency in MS Office with the ability to learn new software easily
