Job Summary
Managing a dedicated territory, the full-time remote Carrier Success Manager will be responsible for retaining and growing DAT's carrier customer base, executing upsell strategies, and cultivating strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Own churn quota and proactively manage at-risk accounts while ensuring full onboarding of new fleets
- Achieve growth targets for ancillary services and develop best practices for product upgrades
- Maintain territory intelligence to build growth strategies and identify expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in account management within a B2B environment
- Deep understanding of the freight and logistics industry
- Strategic thinking with a track record of developing profitable customer relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in team management and cross-functional alignment
