Case Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting expert-led projects, the full-time Case Analyst will manage case workflows, coordinate resources, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the case lifecycle, acting as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and clients in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist experts in managing project workflows from case intake to completion, including determining eligibility and planning for case needs
• Document project events and completion status while tracking case progress and addressing project issues as they arise
• Analyze outcomes to improve workflow and provide high-quality services to enhance the organization's reputation

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a professional work environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or an associate degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative documentation systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and accuracy
