Case Builder Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a team of remote Case Builders, the full-time hourly Case Builder Support Specialist will ensure productivity and quality of work while fostering collaboration and communication across various virtual platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a primary source of knowledge and Subject Matter Expert for Case Builders
• Complete Clarification Responses and assist with building cases as directed by the Team Supervisor
• Monitor team communications and provide insights to the supervisor regarding responsiveness and case handling

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of previous Case Building experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and general internet research
• Must be eligible for a public trust clearance and able to perform work while on camera
