Job Summary
Supporting a team of remote Case Builders, the full-time hourly Case Builder Support Specialist will ensure productivity and quality of work while fostering collaboration and communication across various virtual platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a primary source of knowledge and Subject Matter Expert for Case Builders
- Complete Clarification Responses and assist with building cases as directed by the Team Supervisor
- Monitor team communications and provide insights to the supervisor regarding responsiveness and case handling
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of previous Case Building experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and general internet research
- Must be eligible for a public trust clearance and able to perform work while on camera
