Case Builder Team Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Builder Team Support Specialist (TSS).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary source of knowledge and Subject Matter Expert for Case Builders
• Monitor team responsiveness and assist with procedural questions
• Audit built cases for compliance and provide support to finalize cases

Required Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States and must be eligible for a public trust clearance
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of previous Case Building experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat/PDF tools
