Case Building Supervisor

Job Summary

Supporting a team in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Case Building Supervisor will provide coaching, monitor workflow, and ensure departmental service level requirements are met within the Medical Disability Exam Services team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform supervisory duties including training needs assessment, work schedule development, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with departmental service level requirements and goals
• Participate in interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new employees while managing employee time records

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• 2 years of previous MDES Case Building experience
• Eligibility for a public trust clearance
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
