Case Building Supervisor

Job Summary

Supporting a team in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Case Building Supervisor will provide coaching, track performance, and monitor workflow while ensuring departmental goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Perform supervisory duties including training needs assessment, developing work schedules, and evaluating job performance
• Ensure departmental service level requirements and goals are met
• Participate in interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new employees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• 2 years of previous MDES Case Building experience required
• Must be eligible for a public trust clearance
• Eligible to work in the United States
