Case Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Coordinator to ensure the quality and integrity of reports in compliance with client and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
• Verify that all recommendations are supported by clinical citations and that all references are current
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, medications, and laboratory values
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and operate general office equipment
• Proficiency in multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
