Job Summary
A company is looking for a Case Coordinator to provide customer service and internal support to an assigned team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of Workers' compensation claims in collaboration with the Clinical Case Management Team
- Collect and document data for Workers' Compensation Claims while following company guidelines
- Process necessary treatment services and verify return to work status through communication with claim parties
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- One (1) year of case management experience or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of Bureau of Workers' Compensation rules and processes
- PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
