Case Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Coordinator to ensure high-quality reports and compliance with client and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
• Verify that all recommendations are evidence-based and supported by current clinical citations
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and laboratory values
• Minimum typing speed of 40 W.P.M
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat/PDF readers
• Minimum of two years clinical or related field experience preferred
