Job Summary
Ensuring the highest quality and integrity of reports, the full-time remote Case Coordinator will perform quality assurance reviews, verify compliance with client specifications, and assist the Quality Assurance Department with various tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of reports and ensure compliance with client instructions and specifications
- Verify that clinical citations are current and that all references are from reputable sources
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in claims management for workers compensation, no-fault, liability, or disability
