Job Summary

Detail-oriented and professional, the full-time Case Coordinator will conduct high-volume outbound calls to healthcare providers and patients to gather essential information for case management operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to obtain required clinical and administrative information from physician offices and patients
  • Document all call interactions accurately within internal systems and follow established call scripts
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of reports and ensure compliance with client specifications and company standards
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, medications, and laboratory values
  • Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 40 W.P.M and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to accurately perform basic mathematical calculations and follow detailed instructions
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
