Job Summary

Detail-oriented and professional, the full-time Case Coordinator will conduct high-volume outbound calls to healthcare providers and patients to gather essential clinical and administrative information, supporting case management operations in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to obtain required information for case processing from healthcare providers and patients
  • Document all call interactions thoroughly and ensure compliance with established call scripts and workflows
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of reports and ensure adherence to client specifications and regulatory mandates
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and laboratory values
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
