Job Summary
Providing essential administrative and case coordination support, the full-time Case Coordinator Support will manage case tracking, maintain accurate file management, and ensure timely responses for the NOAA's National Marine Fisheries Service in Silver Spring, MD, with potential remote work options.
Key responsibilities
- Provide case coordination, tracking, and administrative file management for inquiries and referrals
- Maintain accurate case metadata and file status in the approved case tracking system
- Prepare statistical reports and ensure timely responses from subject units regarding case matters
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree from an accredited institution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic file management systems
- Experience managing confidential case information and producing statistical reports
- Ability to learn NOAA/DOC systems and procedures quickly
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining case folders and tracking deadlines
