Job Summary
A company is looking for a Case Entry Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Screen incoming review requests for completeness and prepare case review packets for assignment
- Serve as a liaison with clients, reviewers, and practitioners/providers to resolve inquiries and gather necessary information
- Maintain an online case summary/tracking system and support compliance and quality management initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year's experience in similar operations, preferably in healthcare or managed care
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare preferred
- Strong working knowledge of basic anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
