Job Summary
A company is looking for a Case Entry Specialist to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe information from clients' EMRs into the required electronic format and check for accuracy
- Monitor shared inboxes and internal request dashboards, and document incoming communications
- Export and upload documents within the proprietary system and support other teams as needed
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior knowledge of accessing hospital EMRs preferred
- Experience working with Salesforce is a plus
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and accurate keyboard skills
- Ability to maneuver between multiple screens
