Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Entry Specialist to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transcribe information from clients' EMRs into the required electronic format and check for accuracy
  • Monitor shared inboxes and internal request dashboards, and document incoming communications
  • Export and upload documents within the proprietary system and support other teams as needed
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior knowledge of accessing hospital EMRs preferred
  • Experience working with Salesforce is a plus
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications and accurate keyboard skills
  • Ability to maneuver between multiple screens
