Case Entry Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Entry Specialist to work remotely in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe information from clients' EMRs into the required electronic format and ensure accuracy
• Monitor shared inboxes and internal request dashboards, and document incoming communications
• Export and upload documents within the proprietary system while supporting other teams as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior knowledge of accessing hospital EMRs preferred
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications, including MS Office
• Ability to maneuver between multiple screens effectively
