Case Entry Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Entry Specialist to support healthcare operations by transcribing client data from Electronic Medical Records into designated electronic formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe information from clients' EMRs into required electronic format and ensure accuracy
• Monitor shared inboxes and internal request dashboards for incoming communications
• Export and upload documents within the proprietary system and assist other departmental functions as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior knowledge of accessing hospital EMRs is preferred
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Proficient in relevant computer applications such as Outlook and MS Teams
• Ability to maneuver between multiple screens efficiently
