Case Entry Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Case Entry Specialist will support healthcare operations by accurately transcribing client data from Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) into designated electronic formats, monitoring shared inboxes, and documenting incoming communications while following up with clients or internal teams as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Transcribe information from clients' EMRs into required electronic formats and ensure accuracy of completed work
• Monitor shared inboxes and internal request dashboards, documenting incoming communications
• Export and upload documents using the proprietary system while being cross-trained to assist other departmental functions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior knowledge of accessing hospital EMRs is preferred
• Experience working with Salesforce is a plus
• Proficient in relevant computer applications such as Outlook and MS Teams
• Ability to navigate multiple screens efficiently
