Case Installation Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely from 8am to 5pm PT, the full-time Associate Case Installation Specialist will manage new group entries, support underwriting processes, and collaborate with sales teams and brokers to ensure timely and accurate enrollment data processing.
Key responsibilities
- Enter new business submissions and benefit modifications while adhering to carrier deadlines
- Support underwriting by transferring enrollment data and maintaining current knowledge of carrier guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to organize and process necessary information for approvals
Required qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma; advanced education or degree preferred
- Prior clerical experience or equivalent education/experience combination
- Proficiency in computer systems and office equipment, with typing skills of 30-35 wpm
- Ability to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed
- General planning, organizing, and time management skills
