Job Summary
A company is looking for a Case Management Assistant - Referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up members within the case management system and process all referrals within 24 hours of receipt
- Assist with incoming calls and monitor dedicated referral emails for new referrals and correspondence
- Identify trends in referral patterns and communicate them with management
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; medical or managed care background preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in a medical or managed care environment preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and referral criteria
- Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
