Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Management Assistant - Referrals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up members within the case management system and process all referrals within 24 hours of receipt
  • Assist with incoming calls and monitor dedicated referral emails for new referrals and correspondence
  • Identify trends in referral patterns and communicate them with management
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; medical or managed care background preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a medical or managed care environment preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and referral criteria
  • Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
