Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Management Assistant - Referrals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up members within the case management system and process referrals within 24 hours of receipt
  • Assist with incoming calls and monitor dedicated referral emails for new referrals and correspondence
  • Maintain daily/monthly referral logs and identify trends in referral patterns for management communication
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; medical or managed care background preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience in healthcare or managed care environment preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Proficiency in using various computer systems and applications
  • Certified Medical Assistant credential is a plus
