Job Summary
A company is looking for a Case Management Assistant - Referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up members within the case management system and process referrals within 24 hours of receipt
- Assist with incoming calls and monitor dedicated referral emails for new referrals and correspondence
- Maintain daily/monthly referral logs and identify trends in referral patterns for management communication
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; medical or managed care background preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in healthcare or managed care environment preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Proficiency in using various computer systems and applications
- Certified Medical Assistant credential is a plus
