Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with stakeholders to facilitate member enrollment and account updates
- Responds to incoming calls and maintains communication with case managers and agencies
- Manages assigned tickets and processes tasks for accurate client service transfers and billing
Required Qualifications

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams preferred
