Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Management Associate to manage workers' compensation, disability, and liability cases while providing customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Access and assign cases for medical case management and utilization review
  • Provide accurate information and triage calls between various departments
  • Enter claims data into the management system and support clinical staff with case management processes
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or two years of college preferred
  • One year of administrative experience required; customer service experience in a medical field preferred
  • Experience in worker's compensation, disability, or liability claims processing preferred
  • Knowledge of medical and insurance terms, including ICD 9 and CPT coding systems
  • PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
