Case Management Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Management Associate - Maternity - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Case Managers by facilitating communication with members and directing calls appropriately
• Conduct telephonic outreach to members and providers, assisting with intake and information gathering
• Document member and provider interactions in the medical management database and maintain confidentiality

Required Qualifications:

• 1 - 3 years of customer service experience in a healthcare environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Call center experience, particularly outbound, is strongly preferred
• Experience in insurance/payor services preferred
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word at an intermediate to advanced level
