Job Summary
A company is looking for a Case Management Associate to manage workers compensation, disability, and liability cases while providing customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Accesses and assigns cases for medical case management and utilization review
- Provides information to callers and triages calls between various departments
- Enters claims data into the system and supports clinical staff in case management processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associate's degree or two years of college preferred
- One year of administrative experience required
- Customer service experience in a medical field preferred
- Experience with worker's compensation, disability, and/or liability claims processing preferred
- Knowledge of medical and insurance terms, including ICD 9 and CPT coding systems
