Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Management Associate to manage workers compensation, disability, and liability cases while providing customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accesses and assigns cases for medical case management and utilization review
  • Provides information to callers and triages calls between various departments
  • Enters claims data into the system and supports clinical staff in case management processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Associate's degree or two years of college preferred
  • One year of administrative experience required
  • Customer service experience in a medical field preferred
  • Experience with worker's compensation, disability, and/or liability claims processing preferred
  • Knowledge of medical and insurance terms, including ICD 9 and CPT coding systems
