Case Management Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Case Management Associate will access and assign workers compensation and disability cases while providing general customer support and assisting medical staff in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Access and assign cases for medical case management and utilization review
• Provide accurate information to callers and triage telephone calls as needed
• Enter new claims data into the management system and maintain data integrity

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years of college preferred
• One year of administrative experience required
• Customer service experience in a medical field preferred
• Experience in workers compensation, disability, and/or liability claims processing preferred
