Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate reviews, referrals, and outreach for medical management products
- Document member engagement accurately within the CRM system
- Manage escalated case management questions from members and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 3-5 years of administrative support experience required
- Experience in patient-provider engagement and coordination of care preferred
- Understanding of medical terminology and benefit plan design terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft CRM systems is preferred
