Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate reviews, referrals, and outreach for medical management products
  • Document member engagement accurately within the CRM system
  • Manage escalated case management questions from members and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3-5 years of administrative support experience required
  • Experience in patient-provider engagement and coordination of care preferred
  • Understanding of medical terminology and benefit plan design terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft CRM systems is preferred
