Job Summary
Supporting National Beef and other case management initiatives, the part-time Case Management Coordinator will manage client inquiries, analyze data for consistency, and promote positive relationships with clients and vendors while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams to develop best practices and support product implementation and client meetings
- Respond to client inquiries and assist with escalated issues related to benefits and billing
- Manage enrollment data, produce reports, and troubleshoot discrepancies across multiple systems
Required qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Professional experience in customer service and business-to-business relationship coordination
- Experience analyzing data and managing reports
- Demonstrated strategic problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
