Job Summary
A company is looking for a Case Management Engagement Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the CM administrative staff, including enrollment and engagement of members, workflow balance, and adherence to metrics
- Train new hires and support non-clinical CM staff and company clinical programs
- Contribute to continuous improvement by applying contact center experience and driving proactive strategies
Qualifications:
- Experience in a team lead or supervisory position preferred
- Experience with telephony applications and software required
- Previous experience in a case management/population health program activity center strongly preferred
- College degree is preferred
- Three or more years of experience in an engagement/outreach specialist role is required
