Job Summary

Assisting with the management of internal and external relationships, the full-time Case Management Liaison will collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve escalations and improve vendor processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve escalations
  • Manage vendor relationships and implement process improvements
  • Provide training and guidance on documentation of processes and workflows
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of related experience in healthcare or health insurance required
  • Prior account management or client management experience is a plus
  • Comfortable with advanced medical terminology
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
