Job Summary
Assisting with the management of internal and external relationships, the full-time Case Management Liaison will collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve escalations and improve vendor processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve escalations
- Manage vendor relationships and implement process improvements
- Provide training and guidance on documentation of processes and workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience in healthcare or health insurance required
- Prior account management or client management experience is a plus
- Comfortable with advanced medical terminology
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
