Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Case Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to Case Management Teams, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction
  • Manage relationships with transplant centers and act as a point of escalation for case management teams
  • Oversee team productivity, quality assurance, and compliance with regulatory practices


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a health care or related human service field, or equivalent experience
  • Three years of experience in a Case Manager position or relevant role involving communication with network partners
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and case management processes
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
  • Experience in hematology, oncology, or cellular transplantation within a regulated environment
