Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Case Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to Case Management Teams, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage relationships with transplant centers and act as a point of escalation for case management teams
- Oversee team productivity, quality assurance, and compliance with regulatory practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a health care or related human service field, or equivalent experience
- Three years of experience in a Case Manager position or relevant role involving communication with network partners
- Knowledge of medical terminology and case management processes
- Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
- Experience in hematology, oncology, or cellular transplantation within a regulated environment
