Case Management Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Management Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate insurance applications and related documents for completeness and approval
• Independently resolve issues and communicate with Financial Representatives to obtain missing information
• Complete various underwriter requests and maintain accurate documentation of cases

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A minimum of three years' experience in a professional environment with computerized systems
• Proven ability to act independently and apply sound judgment in procedures and guidelines
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry is desirable
