Case Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Management Specialist II to support its case management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Filevine templates, fields, taskflows, and reports
• Organize and update data across projects for clarity and consistency
• Design and build visual reports using Domo dashboards from case data

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Filevine or similar legal case management systems
• Understanding of legal workflows and terminology, or willingness to learn
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
• Proven problem-solving abilities and process improvement skills
