Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Management Specialist to manage workers compensation, disability, and liability cases while providing customer support and assisting medical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Access and assign cases for medical case management and utilization review
  • Provide accurate information to callers and triage telephone calls
  • Enter new claims data into the management system and maintain data integrity
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Associate's degree or two years of college preferred
  • One year of administrative experience required
  • Customer service experience in a medical field preferred
  • Experience in worker's compensation, disability, and/or liability claims processing preferred
  • Knowledge of medical and insurance terms, including ICD 9 and CPT coding systems
