Job Summary
A company is looking for a Case Management Team Lead to oversee team operations and ensure quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor staff performance and provide training and feedback
- Ensure processes support customer needs and meet quality standards
- Manage help desk inquiries and assist in the appeals process
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Preferred experience in processing medical insurance and claims
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
- Experience with Virtual Desktop or Automation Anywhere is highly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of QIC experience preferred
