Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Management Team Lead to oversee team operations and ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor staff performance and provide training and feedback
  • Ensure processes support customer needs and meet quality standards
  • Manage help desk inquiries and assist in the appeals process
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED and 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
  • Preferred experience in processing medical insurance and claims
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
  • Experience with Virtual Desktop or Automation Anywhere is highly preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of QIC experience preferred
