Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Manager responsible for monitoring the service delivery process for timely Radiologist studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the service delivery process to ensure timely reporting of studies by Radiologists
• Expedite cases through various systems and follow up on unread and stat cases
• Outreach to facilities for prior imaging records and reports for timely cross-referencing of exams

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Excel and Word
• Must be highly motivated, productive, accurate, and analytical
• Familiarity with medical terminology
