Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Manager responsible for managing an extensive portfolio of cases and serving as the primary point of contact for attorney clients and medical experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all events related to the case portfolio and maintain communication with clients and experts
  • Manage medical expert commitments and schedule necessary appointments and appearances
  • Serve as the liaison for over 300 active cases, addressing inquiries and requests
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the legal field
  • Minimum of 3 years as a litigation paralegal or highly qualified litigation legal assistant
  • High proficiency with MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with legal database systems is essential
  • HIPAA certification is mandatory with recertification required
