Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Manager to resolve technical and non-technical issues related to its services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Network and System administrators to achieve common goals
  • Act as the first-line support for internal and external parties
  • Continuously optimize processes to enhance customer service experience
Required Qualifications
  • Thorough understanding of Routing, Switching, SD-WAN, and cloud concepts
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT/Telecommunications
  • Good understanding of IT best practices and ITIL v3
  • CCNA or equivalent certification required
  • Experience with Network Management & Monitoring Tools
