Job Summary

To support a dynamic customer service team, the full-time remote Partnerships Case Manager will deliver exceptional support to life insurance agents, manage inquiries, and identify operational trends to enhance service delivery.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver white-glove support as the primary operational contact for premier life insurance agents
  • Manage agent communications and set clear expectations around Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Identify operational trends and report on recurring case issues to leadership for continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account coordination, or client-facing operations, preferably in life insurance or fintech
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to manage partner expectations
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and translate them into actionable insights
  • Tech-fluent self-starter comfortable with multiple software platforms and tools
  • Relentless persistence and problem-solving skills with a focus on completing tasks
