Job Summary
To support a growing mental health practice, the remote Case Manager/Administrative Assistant will manage client intake and follow-up communication, maintain accurate client records, and coordinate appointments for clinicians while ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with intake and follow-up communication
- Maintain and update client files and records
- Coordinate appointments and schedules for clients and clinicians
Required qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Courses taken in psychology, social work, or sociology preferred
- Proven experience as a case manager, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
