Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the full-time Case Manager Assistant will manage client communications, assist with case documentation, and perform initial investigations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Open claims, send letters of representation, and manage correspondence with clients, insurance companies, and defendants
  • Conduct initial investigations by confirming policy coverages and preparing written correspondence for review
  • Schedule vehicle inspections and communicate effectively with clients and adjusters regarding property damage and claims
Required qualifications
  • Prior experience in a legal or claims-related environment
  • Familiarity with case management software, preferably ACT
  • Ability to perform asset and policy limit searches
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies and claims processes
  • Proficient in scheduling and coordinating inspections and communications
