Job Summary
To support a growing legal team, the full-time Case Manager Assistant will manage client communications, assist with case documentation, and perform initial investigations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Open claims, send letters of representation, and manage correspondence with clients, insurance companies, and defendants
- Conduct initial investigations by confirming policy coverages and preparing written correspondence for review
- Schedule vehicle inspections and communicate effectively with clients and adjusters regarding property damage and claims
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in a legal or claims-related environment
- Familiarity with case management software, preferably ACT
- Ability to perform asset and policy limit searches
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and claims processes
- Proficient in scheduling and coordinating inspections and communications
