Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Benefit Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire care journey, from benefit investigation to medication delivery
  • Conduct benefit verifications and collaborate with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and payers
  • Assist with obtaining prior authorizations and appeals as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-touch, customer-facing role
  • Prior experience in a Hub or Patient Support Services role
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance policies required
  • Strong computer proficiency (data entry, MS Office)
